At Leafy Belief, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each product. Every item is inspected and packaged with attention to detail prior to shipment.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns, replacements, or store credits will be considered.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy

All sales made through
Leafy Belief are considered final sale, except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or materially not as described at the time of delivery.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons of change of mind, personal preference, or customer error (such as incorrect size, color, or quantity).

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have been received within the past 14 days.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must relate to a defect, damage during transit, or material misdescription.

    If these conditions are not met, Leafy Belief reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request.

3. Reporting an Issue

Customers must contact us at hello@leafybelief.com within 14 days of delivery to report an issue.
Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

    We will review all claims within a reasonable period and respond with next steps.

4. Resolution Options

Upon verification of a valid claim, Leafy Belief may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the same product (if available);

  • A store credit in the amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping); or

  • In rare cases, a refund to the original payment method, where a replacement or credit is not feasible.

    Leafy Belief reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed,
customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all approved returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Leafy Belief is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Leafy Belief are considered
final sale, except where defective, damaged, or not as described.

This applies to all products, including jewelry and accessories.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product fault.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact
hello@leafybelief.com within 14 days of receipt.

We may require photo evidence of the issue before approving a replacement or credit.
Failure to notify us within the stated period may result in the claim being denied.

8. Exceptions

In the event that Leafy Belief determines a refund is warranted, refunds will be issued to the
original payment method or in the form of store credit, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not comply with this policy.
